Following specific lessons emphasizing national, state and local curriculum goals, our hands-on and interactive Health Sciences experiences help you take education and learning to a new level. Expose your students to high quality, anatomically accurate models and “real” medical equipment. Take advantage of quality programming without the worries of transportation and buses. Field Trips

There’s no substitute for a field trip to the all-new DISCOVERY Children’s Museum, there are many ways in which you can enhance your visit. Museum staff and volunteers will lead your class experience, focusing your students’ attention on concepts that are appropriate for their grade level. The exhibits are aligned with the Nevada State Content Standards allowing you to explore curricular concepts in new and interactive ways, while still meeting the curriculum goals of your classroom. You are encouraged to preview the exhibit descriptions and curriculum correlations, in advance, to make the most of your experience. Students will make meaningful connections as informal and formal educational experiences are integrated, yielding lasting discoveries that extend beyond the school and museum walls.
