Sunday – 12:00pm – 5:00pm

Sunday’s schedule is the same but keep in mind we do not open until 12:00pm so the programs will not start until then.

Description: Discover Cubism and one of its founders, Juan Gris. Create a Cubist work of art as Hispanic Heritage Month continues!

Celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month – A Tribute to Victor Ochoa

Description: Join us as we celebrate Victor Ochoa, a Mexican-American inventor. Learn about his invention of the electric brake and many others!

Color My World – Special for Little Learners (5 years old and younger)!

Take some Spring into Summer – The May Pole Dance
Time: 1:15pm
Location: Fantasy Festival – Level 1
Description: Participants gather in a circle, each holding a colored ribbon attached to a pole. Join us to explore and experience this 18th Century art ribbon dance form.

Super Cold Science
Time: 1:45pm and 3:15pm
Location: Patents Pending – Level 3
Description: At 320 degrees below zero (Fahrenheit) fascinating things begin to happen! Explore the world of “super cold” temperatures in this chilling presentation.

Ancient Images
Time: 2:45pm
Location: Solve It! Ancient City – Level 3
Description: Petroglyph, pictograph, geoglyph or hieroglyph – which is it? Join us as we compare and contrast these ancient forms of communication while exploring how scientist determine the meaning and date them. Also, work together to build your very own geoglyph.

Don’t Be a Sleepy Head!
Time: 3:15pm
Location: It’s Your Choice – Level 2
Description: Have you ever wondered what is happening in your brain while you are sleeping? Find out the answer to this question and experience simulated effects of sleep deprivation in this engaging experience.

Cody is Lost in the Desert

Description: Cody the Coyote is lost in the Desert – come and see if and how he finds his way.
