Interactive Activities

  • Mining Adventure: Little miners can load “rocks” and “boulders” into our overhead bucket system, learning about cause and effect, and developing their motor skills.
  • Animal Discovery: Children can learn about Nevada’s diverse wildlife, enhancing their knowledge and appreciation for nature.
  • Train Engineering: Aspiring engineers can take control, steering trains through imaginative landscapes. This role-play strengthens decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Art Zone

Creativity knows no bounds in the spacious Art Zone. With thematic, hands-on activities, children are encouraged to express themselves, improving their fine motor skills and fostering developmental growth through art.

Crawl Zone

Our Crawl Zone provides a secure, sensory-rich environment for infants on the move. Surrounded by a comfortable bench for parents, this area focuses on developmental milestones such as tracking, self-recognition, and exploration, ensuring a safe and engaging space for our tiniest explorers.

Reading Zone and Parent Resource Center

Immerse yourself and your child in the world of stories in our Reading Zone. With a selection of enriching and educational literature, including bilingual and braille resources, it’s a cozy corner for families to explore together. Sensory Room

Daily Science Programs

Join us for engaging science explorations! Our Daily Science Programs are held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays at 10:30 am and 1:30 pm, and on Sundays at 1:30 pm. Dive into the wonders of science with your little one—no registration required, and it’s included with your admission.

Toddler Tales Early Literacy Program

Nurture a love of reading with Toddler Tales, our early literacy program that brings stories to life. Scheduled on Thursdays and Fridays at 10:45 am, each session combines storytime with music, movement, and hands-on activities. Led by community artists and authors, this program is perfect for sparking young imaginations. Admission includes access to this program, with no need to register.

STEAM Themed Activities

Explore, learn, and create every day in our Art Zone with STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) themed activities. These ongoing, daily activities encourage children to engage with concepts and skills through creative play and hands-on experimentation. Included in your admission, our STEAM activities are designed to stimulate minds and inspire a love for learning and exploration. No registration required—just bring your curiosity and creativity!
